§ 1 Subject of Contract
The rental agreement covers the holiday property Finca Alzinar (Country House and/or Apartment) for holiday purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tourist use of the Apartment is not permitted.
§ 2 Booking Confirmation
The rental agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by the owner. The booking becomes binding only upon receipt of the deposit. Any amendments must be made in writing.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, pool towels, WiFi and all utilities. Not included: tourist tax (Ecotasa, payable locally) and final cleaning (Country House €175, Apartment €75). A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
§ 4 Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Different times are possible by prior arrangement and must be agreed in writing.
§ 5 Cancellation
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 30% of total price (deposit). Cancellation 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of total price. Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
§ 6 Guest Obligations
Maximum occupancy must be strictly observed. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings. The guest is liable for all damage caused during their stay. The property and all furnishings must be treated with care and left in proper condition.
§ 7 Liability
The owner accepts no liability for accidents, theft or force majeure. No compensation is payable for technical failures (water, electricity, internet) beyond the owner's control. Significant defects must be reported to the owner immediately.
§ 8 Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for processing the rental agreement and will not be shared with third parties. For further details please refer to our privacy policy.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction is Mallorca, Spain.
